A 100% Colombia bean, from the Huila region. A strong roast for a Colombian Creamy herby body, with hints of cedar and spice, and a sweet juicy blackcurrant overtone to finish. Available in whole bean or ground for espresso or cafetiere.

From the Ground Up
Coffee plants flourish in tropical climates with stable temperatures and well-drained, slightly acidic soils. With regular pruning and shelter from strong winds, they grow strong and healthy — ready to begin their life’s work.
Fruit Development
The coffee cherry ripens over 7–8 months, turning vibrant red when ready. Skilled hands or gentle machines harvest the cherries at peak ripeness — ensuring optimal flavour and aroma.
Sorting the Harvest
Freshly picked cherries are carefully sorted to remove any that are underripe or damaged. Only the finest fruit moves forward, setting the stage for exceptional coffee.
Processing the Beans
The fruit’s outer layers are removed through dry or wet processing — each method preserving the precious beans inside while preparing them for the next chapter.
Final Selection
Beans are sorted by size, weight, and appearance. Imperfections are removed to ensure only the best make it to your cup — for a brew that’s as consistent as it is delicious
