Some decaf’s need a champion, so we roasted one. Triple Crown is a fully washed Guatemalen decaffeinated via Co2 process to lock in as much of the smooth and chocolatey, raisin and peanut flavours as possible.
The Best Before End date is a guideline for peak freshness rather than safety. Coffee is a low-moisture product and remains safe to drink beyond its BBE. Fruit Development
The coffee cherry ripens over 7–8 months, turning vibrant red when ready. Skilled hands or gentle machines harvest the cherries at peak ripeness — ensuring optimal flavour and aroma.
Sorting the Harvest
Freshly picked cherries are carefully sorted to remove any that are underripe or damaged. Only the finest fruit moves forward, setting the stage for exceptional coffee.
Processing the Beans
The fruit’s outer layers are removed through dry or wet processing — each method preserving the precious beans inside while preparing them for the next chapter.
Final Selection
Beans are sorted by size, weight, and appearance. Imperfections are removed to ensure only the best make it to your cup — for a brew that’s as consistent as it is delicious
